During festive seasons & special launches, processing timelines may be extended.
Domestic Shipping (India)

Delivery within 3–7 working days post-dispatch.

International Shipping

Delivery within 7–15 working days post-dispatch.

Tracking & Delivery

Mandatory Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is compulsory for all orders.

The video must be recorded continuously, from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing:

The product inside

Claims related to damage, defects, missing items, or tampering will not be accepted without a clear unboxing video.
Damaged or Tampered Packages

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

Claims raised beyond this window or without an unboxing video will not be entertained.
Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.
