Shipping & Delivery

At NOOR, every creation is thoughtfully handcrafted, reflecting time, skill, and artisanal excellence. Our shipping policy is designed to protect the integrity of our process while ensuring a refined and transparent customer experience.

Order Processing

  • All NOOR pieces are made-to-order & produced in limited quantities.

  • Orders are processed within 7–21 working days, depending on design complexity and availability.

  • During festive seasons & special launches, processing timelines may be extended.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery within 3–7 working days post-dispatch.

  • Shipping partners are carefully selected to ensure secure handling.

International Shipping

  • Delivery within 7–15 working days post-dispatch.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

  • Delivery timelines may vary due to customs or destination-country regulations.

Shipping Charges

  • Applicable shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout.

  • Promotional free shipping (if offered) is subject to terms and may be withdrawn without notice.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details are shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery information at checkout.

  • NOOR is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is compulsory for all orders.

  • The video must be recorded continuously, from the moment the sealed package is opened, clearly showing:

    • The intact outer packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The product inside

  • Claims related to damage, defects, missing items, or tampering will not be accepted without a clear unboxing video.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with:

    • Unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Supporting images (if required)

  • Claims raised beyond this window or without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Undelivered / Returned Shipments

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-availability, re-shipping charges will apply.

  • Such cases are not eligible for refunds, in line with our Returns Policy.

Shipping Delays

  • Delays due to logistics, customs clearance, force majeure events, or third-party courier issues do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
