1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Noor, operated by Misa Atelier, registered in India with its registered office at Vaswani Chambers, 1st Floor, 264-265, Dr Annie Besant Rd, Municipal Colony, Worli Shivaji Nagar, Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400030 (“Company”, “NOOR”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using www.noor.luxe (the “Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

By using the Website, you represent that:

NOOR offers luxury, limited-edition and made-to-order garments, handcrafted using artisanal techniques.

You acknowledge that:

  • Variations in colour, texture, embroidery, and finish are natural

  • Product images are indicative and may vary due to screen settings

  • Such variations are not defects

 

 

4. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by NOOR

  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion

  • Orders may be cancelled in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except as stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.

 

 

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

  • Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change without prior notice

  • Applicable taxes, duties, and customs (for international orders) are borne by the customer

  • Full payment is required at checkout

In the event of a pricing or technical error, NOOR reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

 

 

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines, charges, and responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Production timelines

  • Courier or customs delays

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

NOOR shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

 

 

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed strictly by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Due to the made-to-order and artisanal nature of our products:

  • Refunds are not offered

  • Exchanges or credits are permitted only where expressly stated

 

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website—including designs, images, text, logos, artwork, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of NOOR or its licensors.
